David is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and not to mention extremely kind, and he took phenomenal photos for the listing, was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process, and rented out our house in a handful of days! It was such a relief to work with someone who not only got us what we wanted in a short time, but who cares deeply about his clients and goes over and beyond! For example, 1.5 years into the 2 year rental agreement we had with our tenants, they breached the lease. Being military and halfway across the country, David really stepped up and offered to help us with inspections, contractor repairs, even went so far as to run over to my home to make sure it was winterized for an impending blizzard! And thankfully he did, as he uncovered spigots not turned off, and turned them off himself without a second thought! This gracious assistance surely saved me thousands of dollars in damages that would have occurred had he not gone over there to help! None of those actions were in a contract, he simply did it out of the kindness of his heart! Furthermore, he was subject to a grueling process with said tenants who were breaching the lease, and he handled them with utmost respect and kindness throughout the process, which is more than I would’ve been capable of! David then helped me by meeting contractors and being my eyes and ears during the process, relisted the property, and again secured us a tenant in short time! It was unbelievable how successful he was in this second rental because we could only accept a short term renter since we knew we were coming back to the area soon. He did it, while it seemed almost impossible! We are forever indebted to David for these years of amazing representation, and for his personal care of our home and our family! A realtor like David is extremely hard to find, and we are so very lucky, thankful and appreciative to David (and his wonderful wife, Nichole) for all they have done for us over the years. I exceedingly recommend David as he has undoubtedly been the best representation we have ever had!
